Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund.

Online Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned to Glasson Pharmacy or Caraun Skincare and Beauty Clinic for a
refund within 28 days of delivery. Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-
saleable condition. All returns to store must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt received with
your order. Unfortunately, items not accompanied by an original sales receipt cannot be accepted for
refund/exchange.

No responsibility can be accepted for items that are lost in transit so it is recommended that all items are returned via recorded delivery. Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
Orders returned by the Post Office as not picked up, will be refunded the cost of the products only. Customers will be notified and their order cancelled. The customer will have to re-order should they require the item.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:
earrings, Hair accessories unless tags are still in place and packaging is unopened, Hair Extensions, Baby
Formula, Support stockings, underwear and other such garments.

How to Return Items

You can return your items either by post, courier or in person to Glasson Pharmacy or Cauran Skincare and Beauty Clinic. Returns must be received by us within 28 days of receipt of products.

To return the items in store, you will need a copy of your sales receipt or you order confirmation.
To return items by post, please repackage them carefully and send them back to Glasson Pharmacy

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 10-14 Business Days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider. We will always process your refund as quickly as possible

Only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Glasson Pharmacy and Cauran Skincare and Beauty Clinic does not refund postal charges.
Postage costs will only be refunded if goods were received in error. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Glasson Pharmacy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Glason Pharmacy will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at our discretion.
